Patrick Grimes

Founder & CEO

Patrick has fifteen years of experience in active real estate investment: purchasing distressed assets, renovating, and stabilizing for long term cashflow. His portfolio includes controlling ownership over 4000 units in the emerging markets across Texas and the South Eastern United States.

In addition to his real estate experience, Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from University of the Pacific, and a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Engineering from San Jose State University. He has spent 15 years in corporate America working for machine design firms to concept, design, and build one-of-a-kind custom manufacturing automation and robotic systems. In addition to working closely with the technical engineering teams, he travels globally working to negotiate contracts and secure multi-million dollar investment for automation programs. He has been able to leverage his corporate experience and real estate knowledge to help pave the way for future success.

Shuo F. Grimes

Investor Education

Shuo specializes in production management. She holds a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Producing and Management and currently is a member of the Producers Guild of America. Now residing in Los Angeles, Shuo has over 10 years of producing and management experience in the entertainment and performing arts industry on multi-million dollar projects. Fluent in both Mandarin and English, she has been able to leverage her cross-cultural relationships, corporate management skills, and real estate knowledge to help her community in achieving passive income and financial gains.

Brian Duncan

Director of Marketing

Prior to joining Invest on Main Street as Director of Marketing, Brian developed key marketing strategies for private equity syndication firms that were instrumental in raising over $100M in equity to acquire well over $500M in assets in several core real estate sectors, such as multifamily, self-storage, single-family, mobile home parks, parking lots, and airplane hangars.

Jennifer Pineda

Ongoing investor coordination and communication throughout the investment process. Jennifer excels at ensuring your investing experience is seamless and is there to help you through every step. John McDonald

Investor Outreach

Prior to joining Invest On Main Street, John worked for 20+ years in the education field and as a Customer Service Expert. He was instrumental in structuring a customer service team of over 1000 agents. John excels at providing information promptly and correctly to everyone with whom he speaks. He enjoys interacting with investors and making sure they have everything they need.

Josh Mosgrove

Acquisitions, Passive Investing Mastery

Josh has decades of finance experience including leading large teams across 40+ countries, sourcing alternative investments, and conducting due diligence. He is currently involved in 40+ alternative investments across multiple asset classes. Josh is also the Senior Vice President of Global Pricing and Revenue Management for Lineage Logistics, the world’s largest cold storage REIT, where he has helped grow the company 6x in less than seven years. He previously led the finance and accounting organization for Menlo Worldwide Logistics.

Javier Hinojo

Partner, Recessionary Aquisitions Fund

Javier is the CEO/Founder of All States Equity Group & Billion Dollar Boardroom. Since launching his real estate investment career in 2002, Javier has completed over 130 value-add property acquisitions in Dallas, Austin, El Paso, Tampa, and Raleigh-Durham. Javier’s strength lies in his ability to identify and steer investing strategies, and he is skilled at acquiring off-market, distressed properties and stabilizing them to maximize return. Currently, Javier has 1,190 units, 270,000 Sq Ft, 212 SS units, and $171M AUM across 7 states. Javier’s real estate successes led to his induction into the Rich Dad Poor Dad Hall of Fame.

Lance Pederson

Partner, Recessionary Income Fund & PIM Rapid Lending, Chief Investment Officer,

Lance got his start in 2008 managing a small balance commercial real estate debt fund. In 2013, he founded a real estate fund administration firm that scaled to more than $3B in assets under administration with nearly half being real estate debt funds. During that same time, he also served as a Principal and COO at a private equity real estate investment firm that grew from $0 to $300M+ in equity under management with a portfolio that represented over $1B of real estate.

Frank Desloge

Director of Underwriting & Analysis, Passive Investing Mastery

Frank has 15+ years of experience leading investment analysis in both debt and equity including acquisition and lending decision support, and investment valuations for retail, industrial, office, multifamily, and other commercial real estate exceeding $10 billion. His experience encompasses time with major firms including private lenders such as Arixa Capital and brokerage and investment advisory such as CBRE and KPMG, where he performed commercial real estate consulting work for institutional clients such as Prudential Real Estate Investors, Brookfield Asset Management, and Blackrock. In addition to being a CFA charter holder, Frank holds a Master of Real Estate degree and a Master of Business Administration degree from Cornell University.
