Patrick Grimes

Patrick’s portfolio is diversified across energy, litigation finance, medical receivables, commercial lending, and acquisitions, including retail, industrial, and thousands of apartment units. He has developed a range of diversified passive investments focused on growth and cash flow. He speaks on stages nationally, co-authored Amazon #1 best-sellers 'Lesson From Thought Leaders,' and 'Pivotal Leadership,' also an e-book Barnes & Noble #1 Best-Seller, and is a member of the Forbes Business Council, contributing articles on investing and commercial real estate.

Charles-Henry Monchau has been the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) at Syz Group since October 2021, where he leads all investment-related activities. Before Syz Group, he was CIO and Chief Commercial Officer at a Swiss digital bank (2020-2021) and CIO at Al Mal Capital (2017-2020).
Earlier roles include Head of Asset Allocation at Deutsche Bank, senior positions at EFG Bank and Rothschild Bank, and leadership roles at Lombard Odier and BNP Paribas.
He holds an Executive MBA from IE Business School, an MSc in Finance from HEC Geneva, and is a CFA, CMT, CAIA, and CIIA charterholder. Monchau is also a top voice on LinkedIn with over 180,000 followers.
