Managing Partner, Disrupt Equity

Ben is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience leading companies in both the IT world and real estate. He has successfully built over a dozen companies, with current annual revenues approaching $40 million.

In his current role as Managing Partner at Disrupt Equity, he helps drive acquisitions and asset management. Under his leadership, the company has successfully acquired and managed over 5,000 units, currently holding assets worth over $800 million under management (AUM), primarily across Georgia, Texas, and Florida.

James Kandasamy

Founder, Achieve Investment Group

As a multifamily apartment real estate investor at Achieve Investment Group, James partners with busy professionals to invest as equity partners in commercial real estate. He has over 9 years of experience in real estate, with more than 7 years in multifamily acquisitions, ground-up development, rehab, and asset management. James also holds an MBA and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a prestigious credential that demonstrates his expertise in financial analysis, market analysis, and investment decision-making.

James has successfully controlled approximately 4000 units across 16 large apartment assets valued at over $0.5 billion, with $150 million in ground-up construction. Additionally, he is the author of two best-selling books, a thought leader, a mentor, and a speaker
