A graduate of UC Santa Barbara with a BA in Economics and an emphasis in Accounting, Mathew became a Certified Public Accountant in 2002 and began his career in taxation and auditing—experience that now forms the foundation of his sophisticated investment, due-diligence, and financial-structuring approach.

With more than 19 years of full-time real estate experience, Mathew has bought, renovated, sold, or held over 1,000 single-family properties, and currently owns hundreds of rentals across multiple U.S. markets.
