Mathew Owens

Mathew Owens, CPA, is the founder and owner of OCG Properties, LLC, a real estate investment firm specializing in value-add, cash-flowing residential and multifamily assets across the United States. A graduate of UC Santa Barbara with a BA in Economics and an emphasis in Accounting, Mathew became a Certified Public Accountant in 2002 and began his career in taxation and auditing—experience that now forms the foundation of his sophisticated investment, due-diligence, and financial-structuring approach.
With more than 19 years of full-time real estate experience, Mathew has bought, renovated, sold, or held over 1,000 single-family properties, and currently owns hundreds of rentals across multiple U.S. markets. His investment expertise spans value-add multifamily, mobile home parks, short-term rentals, performing and non-performing notes, private lending, and syndicated real estate and alternative investment strategies. As a private lender, he has deployed more than $35 million across various markets, and he has raised over $200 million in private investor capital for diverse real estate projects.

Jack Weinstein

Jack also played a key leadership role in the emerging cannabis sector, serving as CFO for a start-up that grew into a $100 million enterprise under his financial direction. Earlier in his career, he worked at a leading California investment bank, where he led transactions totaling more than $10 billion, sharpening his expertise in deal structuring and value creation. His experience further includes overseeing corporate development for a billionaire-backed family office and contributing to long-term strategy at a Fortune 500 company.
A graduate of UCLA Anderson with an MBA, Jack combines rigorous academic training with deep, hands-on financial experience.
