Patrick’s portfolio is diversified across energy, litigation finance, medical receivables, commercial lending, and acquisitions, including retail, industrial, and thousands of apartment units. He has developed a range of diversified passive investments focused on growth and cash flow. He speaks on stages nationally, co-authored Amazon #1 best-sellers 'Lesson From Thought Leaders,' and 'Pivotal Leadership,' also an e-book Barnes & Noble #1 Best-Seller, and is a member of the Forbes Business Council, contributing articles on investing and commercial real estate.

In 1990, Michael co-founded Concordia Realty Corporation, which has partnered with the world’s most prominent banks, insurance companies, hedge funds, and institutional investors to deliver many successful projects. Michael is also the co-host of the Nothing But Net – NNN Show podcast, which educates about triple net/net leased properties.

Chris Carsley
CIO and Managing Partner for Kirkland Capital Group
Chris is CIO and Managing Partner for Kirkland Capital Group and is responsible for portfolio management, risk assessment, and fund operations for the Kirkland Income Fund, a micro-balance commercial real estate bridge financing fund. He co-founded the Seattle Alternative Investment Association in 2004 and is a member of the executive board of the CAIA Pacific Northwest chapter that launched in 2017. He earned his Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in 1998, Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst in 2011, and holds a BBA from the University of Portland.
