Jennifer Sotelo, CCIM, is a seasoned commercial real estate professional specializing in investment sales, 1031 Exchanges, and property management. As a Delaware Statutory Trust Representative at DSTs 1031 Investments, she guides clients in deferring capital gains taxes through strategic DST placements. She is licensed in both Florida and California and holds Series 22 and 63 securities licenses, with expertise spanning self-storage, medical office, and multifamily assets. Jennifer’s commitment to the industry extends beyond client work—she actively advocates for 1031 Exchange benefits as a member of the Federation of Exchange Accommodators, including lobbying efforts on Capitol Hill. In 2022, she earned the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, reflecting her high level of professionalism, ethical standards, and deal-making skills. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the CCIM West Coast District in Florida. Originally from Florida, Jennifer spent 17 years in California before returning to her home state, where she now resides in Tampa.
