Patrick’s portfolio is diversified across energy, litigation finance, medical receivables, commercial lending, and acquisitions, including retail, industrial, and thousands of apartment units. Brian Burke is President / CEO of Praxis Capital Inc, a vertically integrated real estate private equity investment firm, which he founded in 2001. Brian has acquired over 800 million dollars’ worth of real estate over a 35-year career including over 4,000 multifamily units and more than 700 single-family homes, with the assistance of proprietary software that he wrote himself. Brian has subdivided land, built homes, and constructed self-storage, but really prefers to reposition existing multifamily properties. Brian is the author of The Hands-Off Investor: An Insider’s Guide to Investing in Passive Real Estate Syndications, and is a frequent public speaker at real estate conferences and events nationwide.
Dan Handford

Dan Handford is a managing partner at PassiveInvesting.com, a national real estate investing firm based in the Carolinas. Under his leadership, the company has acquired over $2.0 billion in assets, with $1.6 billion in AUM across five asset classes and more than 1,800 active investors. Dan and his wife, Dennae, live and work in Columbia, SC, with their four children and standard poodle.
Beyond his role at PassiveInvesting.com, Dan and Dennae are passive investors in over 85 real estate syndications, totaling more than 10,000 doors across multiple states and involving 19 different operators. Prior to real estate, Dan built multiple seven- and eight-figure businesses, including a successful group of non-surgical orthopedic medical clinics in South Carolina.
Dan is also the founder of Multifamily Investor Nation (MFIN), a free educational platform with over 40,000 members nationwide. He hosts the Multifamily Investor Nation Podcast, where only active multifamily operators are interviewed to share real-world insights. Additionally, Dan is a founding board member of the Fortify Foundation, a nonprofit helping Christian schools become fully funded through donor support and strategic planning.
Steven Pesavento

Steven Pesavento is the Managing Partner of VonFinch Capital, a a Denver-based alternative asset manager with multifamily real estate, and private credit platforms. The firm prides its self on being a relationship first firm, focused on building multi decade relationships. Steven and his partner have acquired over $400 million of real estate, with 25 successful multifamily exits, and a strong track record of out performing proforma. The vertically integrated team, manages all aspects of property and construction management, with a speciality in high-growth, low volatility turn-around projects.
Personally Steven has purchased over 200 properties, renovating over 100 assets valued at over $220 million. He has deep relationships with investors, having personally raised over $50 million of equity and $28 million of private credit. In addition to his accomplishments in real estate, Steven is a former Management Consultant for some of the Fortune 500’s top companies prior to working in the Tech Startup space. In addition he’s the host of the Investor Mindset show, with over 1 Million downloads.
