Mike Zlotnik

Mike Zlotnik is the CEO of TF Management Group LLC and has been managing real estate investment funds since 2009. A retired software executive, Mike began investing in real estate in 2000 and now oversees a diverse portfolio of funds and syndications. Widely known in the industry as “Big Mike”—a nod to both his physical presence and his strong reputation—he is respected for his integrity and deep financial insight into real estate investing.
Originally a political refugee from the former USSR, Mike is now a proud American citizen living in Brooklyn, NY, with his wife and four children. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Binghamton University and is a chess master, a testament to his strategic mindset.
