Patrick’s portfolio is diversified across energy, litigation finance, medical receivables, commercial lending, and acquisitions, including retail, industrial, and thousands of apartment units. He has developed a range of diversified passive investments focused on growth and cash flow. He speaks on stages nationally, co-authored Amazon #1 best-sellers 'Lesson From Thought Leaders,' and 'Pivotal Leadership,' also an e-book Barnes & Noble #1 Best-Seller, and is a member of the Forbes Business Council, contributing articles on investing and commercial real estate.

Todd Vitzthum is a commercial real estate executive with over two decades of experience in brokerage, capital markets, and development. He is the Co-Founder and President of ACARA, a national advisory firm specializing in multifamily investments and Opportunity Zone (OZ) strategies.

Todd previously held senior roles at CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield, and Greystone, and co-founded OZ Listings to help investors access curated OZ projects. He also serves as Chair of eXp Commercial’s Multi-Family Committee, promoting collaboration and best practices across the industry.

A frequent speaker and advisor, Todd is known for his expertise in capital structuring and his commitment to transparent, high-impact investment opportunities.

Jack McCarthy

Co-Founder and CEO, Gold Leaf Farming

Jack McCarthy is the Co-Founder and CEO of Gold Leaf Farming, a company he established in 2017 alongside Brandon Rebiero. Under his leadership, Gold Leaf Farming has acquired over 12,000 acres of farmland across California and Arizona, focusing on specialty crops such as almonds, pistachios, and dates. The company emphasizes sustainable agriculture, aiming to own and operate farms with a long-term perspective.

Before founding Gold Leaf Farming, Jack gained experience in consulting and private equity, working at McKinsey & Company and TPG. He also served as a policy advisor to Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel. Jack holds an MBA from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business and a B.S. in Economics from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.

Originally from Indiana, Jack’s career has consistently centered around the food and agriculture sectors. His approach to farming combines traditional values with modern sustainability practices, focusing on responsible employment and technological integration. Jack is married and has four children, and he values the balance between his professional endeavors and family life.
