Patrick’s portfolio is diversified across energy, litigation finance, medical receivables, commercial lending, and acquisitions, including retail, industrial, and thousands of apartment units. He has developed a range of diversified passive investments focused on growth and cash flow. He speaks on stages nationally, co-authored Amazon #1 best-sellers 'Lesson From Thought Leaders,' and 'Pivotal Leadership,' also an e-book Barnes & Noble #1 Best-Seller, and is a member of the Forbes Business Council, contributing articles on investing and commercial real estate.

Outside of trading, Andrew is a dedicated husband and father of five children, aged 18 to 28. He is also a licensed private pilot who enjoys flying his BO105 helicopter. In his free time, he plays the guitar and helps his wife manage their 11-acre lifestyle block.

Steven Primo has over 48 years of trading experience, beginning in 1977 as a Floor Reporter on the Pacific Stock Exchange. He became a Stock Exchange Specialist with Donaldson, Lufkin, and Jenrette, managing markets in over 50 stocks for 9 years. In 1994, he left the floor to focus on managing money and teaching his proprietary trading strategies.
He co-developed the PTS Primo Charting Platform, incorporating tools from his trading floor experience with a focus on trader education and development. His methods are used by traders in over 115 countries and have helped many achieve trading success. Steven has been featured in “Stocks and Commodities” magazine and frequently contributes to sites like TradingMarkets, FX Street, and Traders Expo.
Notably, Phil has conducted webinars such as the PropertyOnion.com platform tutorial, helping investors learn how to find deals and utilize the site’s powerful tools. He also leads presentations like “Over the Counter Tax Liens” through Property Onion Academy, available on YouTube. Phil’s goal is to demystify tax deed investing for both new and seasoned investors.
