Patrick’s portfolio is diversified across energy, litigation finance, medical receivables, commercial lending, and acquisitions, including retail, industrial, and thousands of apartment units. He has developed a range of diversified passive investments focused on growth and cash flow. He speaks on stages nationally, co-authored Amazon #1 best-sellers 'Lesson From Thought Leaders,' and 'Pivotal Leadership,' also an e-book Barnes & Noble #1 Best-Seller, and is a member of the Forbes Business Council, contributing articles on investing and commercial real estate.

Erica Neal earned her bachelor’s degree in finance and economics from UT Permian Basin. She began her career at a large investment firm, where she identified gaps in traditional financial planning. Seeking to provide more comprehensive plans for her clients, Erica joined a boutique financial firm. This move allowed her to partner with Fortune 500 companies and offer tailored solutions.
Erica shifted her focus from accumulation to efficient cash flow strategies, including the Infinite Banking Concept, and began investing in real estate. After three years, she and David White merged their practices to create Infinity Investment Strategies. This venture enabled them to build their real estate portfolios while offering Infinite Banking education.
Erica provides investors and business owners with strategies to manage cash flow, enhance returns, lower taxes, and protect assets. Known for her expertise in creative financial strategies, she continues to educate others on wealth-building.
